Important Notes:
Use RefundTransaction to make either full or partial refunds. With RefundTransaction, you must always pass the values of TransactionID and RefundType. If RefundType is set to Full, you must not set Amount; however, if RefundType is Partial, you must set Amount.

page in order to test any of the API calls.
